  • We do not take insurance and are a fee for service, private pay only practice. A super bill will be given monthly upon request.

    Benefits of private pay include:

    Insurance companies can give restrictions to our therapeutic work. We believe therapy decisions should be between you and your therapist.

    When you use insurance, they may stop covering therapy sessions at their discretion. Therapy and treatment decisions will be up to you and your therapist.

    You are able to find the best therapist fit for you without limitations.

    There is more privacy with private pay; we do not have to provide a treatment plan or therapy records to your insurance.

    Your insurance does not dictate how many sessions you can have or how long sessions need to be.

  • Please fill out the contact form with your information, and we will be in touch with you to further discuss what you are looking for, and if we are a good fit.

  • After our discovery call and finding if we are a good fit, we will get you scheduled, and a link to the client portal. You will fill out paperwork and policy forms. Once this is completed you are set for your appointment! We will send you a tele health link to our HIPPA Confidential video platform.

    Individual, family, and couples sessions require an intake and evaluation session upon our first meeting. This is to set up goals for treatment, get to know you, and gain clarity on how we will begin our work together.
