Individual Counseling
Mental Health, Tele-Health counseling. Following a discovery call and scheduling, you will complete intake paperwork. All new, individual clients, will have a Diagnostic Evaluation in their first session.This is to gain further information about you and your treatment goals, and assess if we are a good fit.
Initial Evaluation 60 mins | $200

Mental Health Road Maps
This offering is geared to families experiencing or healing from Crisis or Trauma. Speak to a specialist that will help you walk through this challenging time, and help you navigate what steps are best to support your family.
Do you have a child who is struggling with substance abuse, oppositional outbursts, or high risk behaviors?
Has your family suffered from trauma or abuse?
Has your family suffered from a recent death in the family?
I pride myself on being able to hold space in the toughest times and help families find a starting point to get back to safety.
As these sessions are sensitive in nature we will work closely together to come up with a strategy to best fit your needs.
These sessions are meant to be short term in frequency (1-2) meetings. If longer term becomes appropriate, we will transition to a family session structure.

Family Session
Family sessions are offered as support for any traditional or modern family unit. To gain more understanding about your unique unit we will have a short discovery call, and in our first session gain more information to best fit your family needs.
Areas of improvement can be: Improving communication, family reset, boundary setting, improving time management, and family organization are just a few areas that may benefit from a family session.

Couples Counseling
I work with couples that are looking for strength in their relationship, progress and are invested. Couples work can be extremely empowering to your relationship and look to work
with couples that are motivated in their work together.
All relationships are welcomed at this practice.

Parent Education Sessions
After working with children and teens for over a decade I pride myself in helping parents connect with their children. I support my parents in their style, and add skills and supports to best fit your family. These 60min sessions are designed to identify a goal relating to parenting. Strategies, process, education, interventions, questions and concerns can be discussed and explored together. These sessions are meant to be educational and short term in frequency (Two to Six sessions)
Topics can include: Behavioral Modification, Identifying Challenging Behavioral Patterns, Education About Mental Health, Navigating Levels of Care for your Child, How To Talk to your Children About Challenging Topics, Helping Your Child Identify and Regulate Emotions, Improve Communication Patterns in Families, LGBTQ+ Education and Support, Parenting Skills and Approaches, Recognizing Signs and Triggers in Children, Crisis Intervention and Trauma Education, Family Action Plans, Navigating Chronic or Terminal Illness for Child or Parent in Family.
